Several weeks ago I had the opportunity to travel to Mexico. It was an amazing trip. We stayed in Mexico City and traveled everyday to different cities around the country. I think in all it was 7 planes in 5 days. By Friday I was very tired.
I had the chance to spend the day at Palenque. This is an ancient Mayan city. It has been listed as one of the 1000 places people need to go before they die. I guess only 999 places to go. The feeling was very interesting. I walked through some living spaces where people slept 1200 years ago. Here are a few pictures. It is truely an amazing place.
