Is it a sunburn? Is it paint? No...it's Kool-Aid. Justice took a waterbottle with a flip top straw to school filled with Kool-Aid. I told him it would probably leak...but he insisted it would be ok. Well he rode his bike home and didn't notice that it had been leaking through his backpack, down his pants and into his shoes. How could he not notice this? So when he got home- his one leg was soaked and red. I thought he was bleeding. So we stripped him down and tried to wash it off. But it is stained pretty good- along with his pants, socks, and one shoe. *Sigh* saying I told you so really doesn't help at this point. So we have officially given him his Indian name "Red Leg".
